Sega and Don Quijote announced the release of three new men’s t-shirts based on the Sega Genesis (or Mega Drive in Japan and Europe,) Sega Saturn, and Dreamcast classic console systems. Each T-shirt will cost 2,199 yen (or about $14.61) and will be available in sizes L and XL.

The t-shirts will be limited edition only available on Don Quijote stores throughout Japan, and will release on March 29, 2025 sequentially from 9am JST. From what has been shown in the preview images, it seems like all T-shirts will only be available in black. They feature the logo of the console as a small icon on the left side of the chest, with a bigger version of the same graphic appearing on the back. Additionally, a sticker of the corresponding console logo illustration will be included with each purchase.

Fans of classic Sega console systems can find a variety of nostalgic merchandise goods in Japan, such as a set of wireless earphones designed to look like the Sega Genesis and Dreamcast consoles and controllers, alongside other goods released on December 2023. The Sega Saturn ed the aforementioned collection on December 2024.

The Don Quijote Sega Genesis (Mega Drive,) Sega Saturn, and Dreamcast t-shirts cost 2,199 yen (~$14.61) each. They will begin appearing in Japan from March 29, 2025.

Don Quijote is once again collaborating with Piapro, and the Akihabara store will start stocking merchandise of Hatsune Miku and her fellow Vocaloid friends. The goods, which depict everyone looking like of royalty, will appear from December 28, 2024.

So far, we don’t know what specific merchandise Don Qujiote will stock for this campaign. More information on that will appear later. As mentioned earlier, the characters look like they’re royalty or nobles in some old European kingdom. There are two versions of each character, though their general aesthetics remain the same. For example, Meiko's outfit makes her feel older than the others, while Kaito looks like a very traditional prince. Len, on the other hand, resembles a younger and more mischievous one, whereas Luka's fashion makes her look more like a knight.

The previous Hatsune Miku fair at Don Qujiote Akihabara took place in May 2024. This one featured the characters wearing jirai-kei clothing. Jirai-kei is a Japanese fashion subculture that recreates the look of a “jirai-kei girl,” who are emotionally volatile pick-mes who put on a cutesy front to hide their nasty personality. As part of their disguise, jirai-kei girls tend to wear very cute and feminine outfits. Their hairstyles and make-up also make them look younger or vulnerable so that others want to protect them, even though they should be protecting others from them.

More information on the new Don Qujiote Hatsune Miku fair will come out in the near future. Other recent Vocaloid collaboration merchandise include a figure of Hatsune Miku holding Cinnamoroll and Milk.

Medicos revealed that it will release a new lineup of NieR Automata merchandise of characters at Don Quijote store outlets across Japan in mid-July 2024. These new items will feature the anime versions of A2, 2B, and 9S in casual attire.

The items' prices will range from ¥880 (~$5.50) to ¥7,700 (~$48). The highlights of the lineup go to the tapestry posters, which will be available in two sizes: B2 and the characters' real-world heights.

Here is the complete list of items, along with their prices in Japanese yen:

• Big acrylic stand: ¥1,650
• B2-sized tapestry: ¥3,850
• Acrylic keychain: ¥880
• Tin badge set: ¥1,320 for all three badges

In addition, Don Quijote will distribute a random illustration card for every ¥2,000 made on a single receipt. The card will feature either A2, 2B, 9S, or even all three of them for the lucky receivers. Medicos also promised that it will put up the items for online sale via its own web store in the near future.

The new NieR Automata anime merchandise collection will be available at select Don Quijote outlets across Japan in limited stocks starting from July 13, 2024.

A new line of Initial D apparel and merchandise is launching soon at Don Quijote stores across Japan starting on May 11, 2024. Products vary from themed shirts and shorts to items like keychains and stickers.

The Initial D merchandise available consists of three different t-shirts with quotes from the show and three additional fabric top and bottom sets with hangers embroidered with the Fujiwara Tofu Shop logo. All clothes will be available in sizes M, L, and XL (LL in Japan). Each shirt will come with a bonus keychain for 2,189 yen. The top and bottom sets will come with bonus stickers and hangers for 3,289 yen.

All of these items are available only through Don Quijote and come with stickers, key chains, and other special bundles and offers with your purchase. An official guide was released with for information on the store locations where the items are being sold.

The new line of exclusive Initial D apparel and products will hit shelves starting May 11, 2024 at Don Quijote retail stores throughout Japan. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll. Kodansha handles the manga outside Japan.

A new line of Pokemon clothes and apparel will appear at Don Quijote retail stores in Japan from June 10, 2023. The lineup includes ten T-shirts, six shorts, and six sets of pile cloth pajamas with Pokemon on them. The full lineup of Pokemon creatures that will appear in the new line of clothes are Eevee, Mimikyu, Gengar, Snorlax, Slowpoke, Psyduck, Ditto, Eiscue, Teddiursa, Magnemite, and Dedenne. The Pokemon shirts are priced at 1,749 JPY (roughly $12), the shorts cost 2,189 JPY (~$15), and the pajama sets cost 3,289 JPY (~$23). The pajama sets are summer pajamas made out of soft fabric. All clothes will be available in sizes M, L, and XL (LL in Japan.) Not all creatures will be available for all clothing options. For example, Eiscue and Teddiursa will only be available on t-shirts.

Hololive and Don Quijote are collaborating on a series of merchandise that are available for pre-order online. Customers will have until November 19, 2021 to put in their orders, and they will ship out in April 2022. In total, there are three types of Hololive goods that are a part of this Don Quijote collaboration. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

Those who wish to purchase the products online can do so from the Hololive website. These items are also in physical Don Quijote storefronts. The prices are:

• Mochidoru plushes (31 variations) - 3278 JPY
• Acrylic stand (4 variations) - 1628 JPY
• Can badge set (4 badges) - 1628 JPY

The mochidoru dolls depict the various Hololive , ranging from Tokino Sora to Omaru Polka. For the acrylic stands, you can purchase Murasaki Shion, Houshou Marine, Shirogane Noel, or Yozora Mel. In addition, the can badges are of the same four girls. As these are products that are also in physical stores, pre-orders may end early if they run out of stock. This means they are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

In other collaboration news, Hololive worked with Square Enix to promote Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Inugami Korone, Shirakami Fubuki, and Oozora Subaru streamed the game after its October 26, 2021 release. Inugami Korone is also a part of the PC title, Evil God Korone. This is a project with Vaka Game Magazine and ImCyan, who worked on Tsugunohi.

The various pieces of Hololive x Don Quijote merchandise are available online until November 19, 2021. They will ship out in April 2022.

Popular Japanese discount store Don Quijote (aka "Donki") is selling a wave of limited-edition The Quintessential Quintuplets merchandise. In a promotion that kicked off on July 10, 2021, dozens of Donki branches throughout Japan will stock special items featuring the five sisters from the series wearing special black outfits.

The items range from special acrylic standees and accessories to large B2-size wall tapestries. Stationary-style items and metal buttons are also being sold alongside T-shirts featuring the designs as well. Each of the sisters featured in The Quintessential Quintuplets, Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki, will have bespoke items. Some items featuring the girls as a group are also available.

Based on the manga of the same name, The Quintessential Quintuplets is based on the manga by Negi Haruba (called Gotoubun no Hanayome in Japanese). It stars the high schooler Futaro Uesugi, who is hired to tutor the Nakano sisters, quintuplets who all do terribly at school. Told in retrospect, the story reveals that Futaro has gotten involved with and married one of the sisters. The rest of the story drops hints and eventually reveals jus which Nakano sister Futaro ended up with. The manga was adapted into a 2019 anime series, with a second season, The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬ airing in January 2021. Rather than a third season of Quintessential Quintuplets, the sequel to the second season will be delivered as a feature film in 2022.

The Quintessential Quintuplets is available on streaming services worldwide. A game adaptation, The Quintessential Quintuplets ∬: Summer Memories Come in Fives! was released for the PS4 and Switch in March 2021 in Japan. No international release plans for the game have been announced.
